This course is to support you on your journey to being proactive and intentional with your daily life. Bit by bit you will start to trust yourself and follow through with your chosen actions. The course will take you through an emotional and physical declutter and reset. It is written for people with ADHD but it will be useful for anybody. It is a booklet and video combination, you can use togther or separately.
The topics covered are:
Sleep - Getting ready for sleep and sleeping well is the start of the wellbeing cycle rather than the end.
Emotional Regulation & Energy Levels - Emotional regulation or lack of it is quite a large part of our ADHD daily existence.
Environment - the impact of our surroundings is powerful. Noises, smells, materials, light levels, your mess, other peoples messā€¦ it all contributes to our internal and external experience of our daily life.
Nutrition - donā€™t worry this is not diet adviceā€¦but supporting a healthy body and brain and the magical chemical reactions within us require you to consume goodness.
Movement - Notice I did not say exerciseā€¦.Iā€™m not giving you an exercise plan either! However, our bodies need to move regularly in order to function, grow and repair.
